Horus University in Egypt (HUE) is a private university in New Damietta, Damietta Governorate, on the International Coastal Road. It was established by Republican Decree No. 119 of 2013, with instruction beginning in 2016, on a campus of about 126,000 m². The university comprises ten faculties spanning medicine and health, engineering, computing, business, arts, and languages, and teaches in both Arabic and English.
